ABOUT ME

Hey, I'm Jade - yoga teacher, sound practitioner and nature lover.

My apartment is a jungle, I'm passionate about herbal medicine and love to be creative in every way.

My yoga mat is rarely indoors. I prefer to roll it out outside - between trees, in the grass, with my bare feet on the ground and the sky above me. 


Why?
Because I believe that we can feel what is really important outside again.
Because we humans have become alienated: from ourselves, from our bodies, from the nature that surrounds us - and to which we belong.
Our world is loud, fast and artificial. And it often makes us ill.

For me, outdoor yoga is a place of relaxation and retreat.
Back to what really nourishes us: Exercise in the fresh air, the silence of a forest, contact with the earth, in the rhythm of our breath and birdsong instead of notifications.

Science has long confirmed what we intuitively sense:
☼ Exercise in nature lowers stress levels
☼ Walking barefoot regulates our nervous system
☼ Sunlight supports our immune system
☼ Contact with the earth  regulates sleep and inflammation
☼ Trees, meadows, mountains - they have a measurable influence on our well-being

I offer outdoor yoga because I believe that this is where we can access more vitality, more connection, more peace and that this can save us on some days.
